Our Story

We’re 3 friends – Stephen, Ed and Manu -who have been making innovative kebabsfor the last 8 years. Our project is simple –we’re bringing new techniques, ideas andingredients into one of the world’s greatestand oldest dishes. Stephen met Ed atUniversity, where they shared many latenight kebabs. Ed met Manu at Le Gavroche,where they were cooking 2 Michelin starclassical French food. We all loved kebabs,and loved eating some of the amazingTurkish, Lebanese, Persian and South Asiankebabs that London had to offer.
